WHAT IF SOMEONE

what if someone keeps following you
like today’s nonstop rain,
what if someone steals a moon
from the heavenly night only for you,

what if someone sees his world
in your beautiful eyes,
what if someone fills all the spaces
in the world by songs of praises only for you,

what if someone stands as tall as a tree and
as big as a giant mountain to protect you,
what if someone accompanies you
like inseparable shadow,
what if someone can make walls and empty spaces
sing a lullaby and muse in your loneliness,

what if someone cherishes
your friendship like a never ending brook,
what if someone can wait
at the edge of the world just to say:
“hey, i like you being my friend,
you are my world”

what if someone does not know
how to prove preceding heartfelt messages,
that someone is me who tries to reap
an ocean of happiness all for you in eternity,
but what if someone falls in your ocean of happiness,
will you ever save him?
